Each month I bring you a breakdown of the best new releases you should be fighting to get your hands on before they sell out (which trust us, does happen.) I want you to know all about the best in beauty, so that you can make good, informed choices.
So what new beauty products in the world of makeup, skincare and haircare are there this month?
The Bobbi Brown Corrector and Concealer sticks are hands down one of the best beauty launches I have tried in a while. Even my hereditary dark circles don’t stand a chance against them. I am also super excited about the launch of ARKIVE. Created by the wonderful Adam Reed – a Marie Claire UK Hair Awards judge – there isn’t much he doesn’t know about hair and he has put all of his expertise (as well as some life lessons) into this curated and affordable brand.

I love the SkinCeuticals Photo Corrective gel and mask so when I heard that a moisturiser was on the way, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. If you are looking for a moisturiser that brightens, smooths, clarifies and evens texture then this all-rounder is for you. By adding a little azelaic acid, the formulators have made a super effective product that kills bacteria and promotes skin renewal.
FaceGym’s latest product launch is a goodie. A super lightweight day cream designed to gift skin, you guessed it, lift. This is achieved thanks to the special ingredient called Sirtalice, which is a marine bioferment that acts like a freezing cold blast on the skin, which then stimulates the skin to tauten. Paired with some of the brand’s iconic facial exercise moves and you’re bound to see a difference. The fomula also contains vitamin C and niacinamide, which brighten and even out skin tone.
This duo – and we really do recommend that you invest in both – are going to be your new favourite complexion products. The corrector is ideal for caouflaging blue under your eyes and red around your nose. Topped with the creamiest concealer and any niggling areas don’t seem so bad anymore. Keep on you at all times for on-the-go top ups.
This is one of the best foundation formulas we’ve tried in a while. It’s medium to full coverage, but feels lightweight on the skin and is buildable for areas of concern. It evens out the skin beautifully, whilst also making it look lumnious.
Before you consider heading to a clinic for filler, try this instant fix from Murad. Pumped with hyaluronic acid, it reduces the appearance of fine lines around the eyes. It’s the ideal base for make-up as it smoothes the area, so concealer won’t settle in any crevices.
Would you believe it, this is actually the first cream ever developed by Dr Bader. He was told that it was too rich for an initial launch, but since then he has realised that it is the perfect tonic to super sensitive skin types. Packed full of the legendary TFC8 (the trigger healing ingredient) it works on stressed skin. We plan to use it on our sunburn this summer.
The original Midnight Recovery Concentrate was a bestseller for the brand (two are sold every minute worldwide), so it’s no wonder that the newest product is an extension of the line. This night cream replenishes the skin’s protective lipid layer and locks in moisture. If you are after more supple and youthful looking skin, then the 96% of people who said that was what their skin looked like after using it for a week will be music to your ears.
Jo Malone’s Bitter Mandarin Cologne instantly transports you to the streets of Italy lined with citrus trees. The fresh, fruity fragrance features notes of Orange, Amber and, of course, Mandarin, and makes the perfect daytime scent for Spring and beyond.
The new go-to haircre brand from celebrated session stylist and salon owner, Adam Reed. He wanted to create a holistic approach to his products, so much so that it has been given the label of headcare. Each product is scented to bring joy with every use. This heat-activated primer protects your hair from overstyling and locks in your look.
Byoma has become one of our favourite brands. Why? Because when we’ve overdone it with the retinol or left the peel on for a few minutes too long, Byoma is there to give our skin barrier the TLC that it deserves and needs. This clarifying serum calm inflammation, oiliness and breakouts, without stripping the skin.
There is a flurry of incredible doctor brands on the market and the majority of them are stocked on Net-a-Porter. This kit is your introduction into the world of first-class dermatology, straight from your own bathroom.
